2. ORDERS
2.1 Purchase of Products
When a product is ordered from our website, this constitutes an offer to purchase the product at the listed price, subject to these terms. We take all reasonable care to ensure that details, descriptions, images, and prices of products displayed on our website are correct.

Prices are displayed on our website in ZAR and are subject to change at any time.
4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping is included in the purchase price for all deliveries within South Africa where the order value is over R999. Otherwise, a flat shipping rate of R75 will apply. All goods are shipped within South Africa using a tracked courier service of our choosing. A physical/street address is required, as deliveries cannot be made to a P.O. Box. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.

We sometimes opt for delivery postnet to postnet providing the client has a branch of postnet in their close proximity .
If a shipment is returned to us due to incorrect delivery information and requires re-shipping, you will be liable for any additional shipping charges. If you request a refund for a returned shipment, the original and return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
All risk transfers to you once the goods leave our premises. Mayhem Couture is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Orders are processed once full payment is received, and goods are typically shipped within 48 hours of order acceptance (excluding weekends and public holidays). National orders are generally received within 48 hours for major centers, though outlying areas may take longer. Or you may opt for the post net to PostNet option

6. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY ( NB. CUSTOM ORDERS DO NOT APPLY )
We strive for your complete satisfaction with your purchase from Mayhem Couture. If you are unhappy with a product and wish to return it, please follow the process below:
– Contact us via email at michy@mayhem.boutique we within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number and whether you prefer a credit or refund (a credit will be issued if no refund is requested).
– You will receive instructions for returning the product. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, and we recommend using a tracked courier service as the goods remain your responsibility until received by us.
– Goods must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with original markings and tags attached, and in original packaging, if applicable.
– Goods must be received by us within 14 days of your receipt of the order.
– We will evaluate the condition of the returned goods and, if approved, process a credit or refund within 48 hours.
– The original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund, as it was included in the purchase price.
PLEASE NOTE : Sale items may not be returned. Mayhem Couture does not offer exchanges; you may return a product and place a new order for an exchange.
